1,4-DHP
1,4-DHP is an inhibitor for calcium channel, that blocks the L-type calcium channels, reduces the influx of calcium ions into cardiac and vascular smooth muscle cells, and thus reduces the contractility and heart rate of the heart, dilates blood vessels, and lowers blood pressure.
